Hi! It’s Kaysi again from Keeping it Simple
School is starting soon!! The school that my boys will be going to starts in 1 1/2 weeks! Every year we go and get school supplies and of course every time we go, my boys want to get the fancy stuff, that costs 2 or 3 times more!
So we get the cheap stuff and then decorate it so it can be cool! I figure I have to put their names onto it anyway, right?
This is how I made the lego guy.
I found an image online from here and then opened it in Silhouette Studio.
I clicked on the trace page button and then selected the area I wanted to trace
Then I clicked on the trace the outer edge button
I moved the picture away and this is how it looks, nice clean lines, yay!
I added a face and my son’s name on the shirt
I then cut it out of vinyl
And added it to his notebook
And my other son’s water bottle. I used the outdoor vinyl for this one.
It’s so easy to decorate the pencil boxes with vinyl too! I love how bright and fun it is now!
And who wants boring yellow pencils? I turned regular pencil into light sabers using paint and vinyl!
Fun huh? I bet you could come up with some awesome ways to personalize your children’s school supplies with vinyl!
Come by and stop by my blog to see what else I have been creating with vinyl!

OMgosh! I MUST do this! My son’s name is Tyce, too and this is so cute!!!
I saw this on Pintrest my son’s name is Kanyon too!!! How cool!! …..that is all.
