Hi again, it’s Kaysi from Keeping it Simple
It’s November and it’s time to start getting out the decorations for Thanksgiving. I feel bad for the season because between Halloween and Christmas, the stores just jumped right over Thanksgiving and skip to Christmas. Thanksgiving is such a great holiday too, so I love decorating for it. One of my favorite decorations for the holidays are vinyl plates.
Here is the one that I made for Thanksgiving.
This is how I made it:
I took a regular dinner plate. We got new plates a couple of months ago, so I’m using my old ones for decorations.
Then I plated it brown. I used acrylic paint, but prefer to use spray paint so you don’t get the brush lines.
I cut out my vinyl. I used the colors: maize, signal yellow, nut brown and olive.
Then I put the vinyl onto the plate. So easy and quick!
I love how it looks on my piano!
I would love it if you follow along!

This is so festive and perfect for Thanksgiving.
What is the font you used? I like the clean look
It’s actually not a font, it’s an image from the Silhouette store
